Brandy is an actual native of Florida & a member of the Conch Republic, as she was born in Key West. The first time she saw the old Hotel Ponce de Leon (Flagler College), Brandy was so smitten she would apply for no other school (also, the art department's stellar faculty proved influential). Upon acceptance, she moved to St. Augustine & earned a degree in fine art & art history, which only further kindled her love of the nation's oldest city.
After 9 years in Boston working with outsider artists, Brandy relocated to Atlanta, where she served as Traditional Arts Program Manager & Curator for the State Art Collection for the Georgia Council for the Arts, Office of the Governor.
Brandy was led back to the "sleepy colonial town" of St. Augustine in 2011. Given her background, historic tours seemed a perfect fit & soon crossed the threshold into the city's darker past. One of the few remaining oral traditions, ghost stories still weave a quintessential thread through the fabric of every community...but let Brandy show you, some accounts are not just stories...

Tina Verduzco a licensed tour guide through the city, has been a resident of St Augustine since 1984 (originally from Iowa). She comes from a linage of gypsies, psychics & Native American’s. She studied with psychic Kay Mora (Kaimora) & is a consulting hypnotist specializing in past life regression.
Tina has been featured on the Bio Channel’s My Ghost StoryNortheast Florida Paranormal’s webcast & is a member of Spirit Seekers out of Orlando Florida.
The co-author of the young adult, historic novel Storm and the Mermaid’s Knot, a coming of age fantasy about a young mermaid in St. Augustine. Tina is also a full-time artist, creating assemblage pieces & Day of the Dead Art. Her work can be seen at several local galleries including Simple Gestures & the Gifted Cork. She volunteers at the famous historical St Augustine Lighthouse.
Her background is in radio broadcasting & has worked at several radio stations in Jacksonville & St Augustine. When not busy writing, making art, or giving tours you can find her & her cat Frida hanging out in her magical garden.
